Kristen Cardoso was very professional, helpful, responded back quickly to my questions either by text, email or a phone call. If she didn't have the answer immediately she found out and got back to me in a timely manner. Because of my work schedule she was always able to show my wife any home we were considering without me being present and if we wanted to see the home as a couple she made arrangements to view again. Because of our current living conditions while searching for a home it was difficult for my wife to see homes within a limited time frame and Kristen was always accommodating to her schedule. Without getting into the details, we moved here from another state and I was having difficulty finding a mortgage company that would provide a mortgage to me because of being new to the work force here in Florida even though it is the same industry I have been in for 30+ years and she referred me to Shawna who was able to get it done and was also a pleasure to work with. All and all Kristen was great to work with and we would recommend her to anyone searching for a home in the Cape Coral area. Kristen Cardoso should be commended for a job well done!

We really hit the jackpot with Kristen. Being new to the area was scary when we went to searching for a realtor. We had just had such a good experience with our agent in our home town, so finding Kristen and having the same experience buying as we did selling, was such a blessing.

Kristen was professional, always available and fought in our corner for us. She referred painters, cleaners, roofers...any random question we asked of her, she had an answer for us. She even referred us to a mortgage company when the one we were originally working with started acting shady. When things got a little rocky during closing, she fought to make sure it was made right and we got what we deserved. Even after closing, she met a cleaning company at our house to make our lives easier in our moving process.

The house buying process can be so daunting and we never wondered where we stood in the process and we never felt like we didn't know what was going on. Kristen truly is the best of the best and I cannot recommend her enough!

Kristen sold my house that was a very old victorian home, it was in need of some major repairs and had lots of antiques that my late husband had collected for many many years.  She helped with estate sales and helped me get rid of things to prepare the home for sale.  This was an overwhelming task that she managed and made it easier.   After the sale she took me out shopping until I found the home I always wanted in the location that I wanted to be in.  I highly recommend using her for all of your real estate needs if you want someone that has your best interests at heart and will work hard for you.
